3. Quotes and Project Acceptance

All quotations and estimates provided by TechRah are valid only for the period stated in the proposal.

A project officially begins only after:

• both parties agree on the project scope;
• required documentation is approved;
• and any agreed advance payment has been received.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate project requirements.
• Supply content, images, branding materials, and credentials when required.
• Respond to approvals or requested feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure they own or have permission to use all materials provided to TechRah.

Project delays caused by missing client information may result in revised delivery schedules.

5. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payments are made according to the agreed milestone schedule.
• Invoices must be paid by their due date.
• Late payments may delay project delivery.
• Taxes, bank charges, and transaction fees are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

TechRah reserves the right to suspend work until overdue payments are received.

6. Project Changes

Any request that falls outside the originally approved project scope shall be treated as additional work.

Such changes may require:

• revised timelines,
• additional costs,
• or a separate agreement.

No additional work will begin without client approval.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

TechRah retains ownership of:

• proprietary frameworks,
• reusable code libraries,
• internal development tools,
• methodologies,
• templates,
• know-how,
• and pre-existing intellectual property.

Open-source software remains subject to its respective licenses.

8. Portfolio Rights

Unless restricted by a written confidentiality agreement, TechRah may display completed projects, logos, screenshots, and publicly available work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for purposes directly related to the project.

This obligation continues after completion of the engagement unless disclosure is required by law.

10. Third-Party Services

Projects may integrate third-party products or services, including payment gateways, hosting providers, APIs, cloud platforms, analytics tools, plugins, or software.

TechRah is not responsible for:

• changes made by third-party providers;
• service interruptions;
• pricing changes;
• discontinued features;
• or third-party security incidents.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

• use the website for unlawful purposes;
• attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
• distribute malware or harmful code;
